Let's start with the great things about this house...It sits on a very large lot with endless possibilities, offering space to add a workshop, more garage space, or RV parking. It has great entertaining space with the family room, kitchen, and dining room all visible and open to each other and the living room and dining room are open to each other giving great flow for guests. There is nice light through the many windows and doors on the main level in addition to skylights. There is no HOA in this community. The main bathroom, upstairs, has been remodeled. Also, the washer and dryer are conveniently located on the same level as the bedrooms. This house is in a great location for commuters or sports fans/concert goers as it is only .9mi away from the light rail station. Now for the upstairs bedrooms, they are "vintage" original condition and in need of an update and this is reflected in the price. This is a good opportunity for a buyer to build some sweat equity if you are willing to do the work yourself. A coat of paint and some new carpet would make it shine.
