"What can I say about Debbie. I met her when I first wanted to move from California to Colorado in 2007. I had no idea what city I was going to live in. She spent 3 days with me, driving around Northern Colorado not only looking at houses, but looking at communities. She was kind, helpful and called me months after the sale of the house to help me make the transition from summer to winter --- very different in CO. When my kids decided to move to a school on the other side of town in 2010, Debbie was the first person I called when I put that house up for sale. "I was having serious issues with my prior real estate agent, and my relocation company referred me to Debbie to hopefully increase traffic to my house, and ultimately get my home sold quickly. What a breath of fresh air it was working with Debbie! She immediately worked a new marketing plan, and provided some new and creative ideas to get more buyers to our house. It was a very short period afterwards that we started getting some firm bites on our house. Once we received a tentative offer, Debbie, worked hard with the buyer's agent to work an offer that was fair and reasonable to both us and the buyer. Debbie was tactful, yet persistent in driving this offer to closure. One of the best traits about Debbie is that she kept us extremely well-informed during showings, and during the offer process.
