The lot is over 15000 square feet and sits in the prime commercial zone of downtown Kiowa. There are many visions to restore this building or scrape and have a premier commercial lot. Buyer will be responsible for contacting the Town of Kiowa to understand sewer, water and zoning. Seller says make an offer on a piece of Kiowa history.
